Do you have coffee before breakfast?

Here’s what happens to you
Coffee is a favorite beverage around the world and certainly an integral part of many people’s wake-up call. Although coffee contains various antioxidants, its health benefits are reversed if you drink it incorrectly, or if it is consumed on an empty stomach.
Increase in gastric acid levels
Empty stomach coffee increases the excretion of hydrochloric acid into the digestive system, which is bad for people with gastritis who have excess acid. Due to the high level of gastric acid, the risk of ulcers, chronic gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome and gastric reflux increases.
Increased risk of cancer
Due to impaired digestion after consuming coffee, often results in difficult protein absorption in the body, which in turn results in bloating, irritation and inflammation of the intestines. In the long run, impaired digestion increases the risk of colon cancer, the most common malignant disease of today.
